As we learned in 1 A.D., given a robust enough network, if one link is removed it doesn’t fall apart; we have lost this in current times. Since before my lifetime we have heard “You’re only as strong as your weakest link”. Networking is the process of throwing a net and bringing in others, not the process of throwing out 1 line with a bobber and hoping to catch a single catch.
